โ โ โ โ โ When making the booking, I stated I was looking for a small trim and styling for long hair because I'd newly grown it out, asking for a stylist who would be comfortable giving me their recommendation for the trimming and styling of long hair - instead of working off my own picture or request, due to my own inexperience with it.
At the appointment, I told the stylist that I wanted to maintain around shoulder length but was open to creativity in other aspects, and I thought she had confirmed it with me too;
recommending a concentric cut to create texture and even it out/tidy it up.
We must've gotten our signals crossed because I was rather shocked to see her chop off half of my length, and didn't really know what to say. I walked out with hair shorter than my chin.
Staff were lovely, pricing is very reasonable but can't recommend if you're a guy who wants to keep their long hair.
