★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dishonest, started selling our personal splashback image! John is a very dishonest person. He took our artwork we supplied for our splashback and started making copies! The green splashback then came out brown and we had it replaced by another company. If you have purchased a splashback with Aratiatia Rapids printed on it, it is a infringing copyright. Even looking through their reviews the good ones are fake. Melissa Ridley works for John. What a bunch of crooks. Google if John asks for this to be removed please contact me, I have emails from the subcontracter etc admitting the copyright infringement.

Oh dear another unhappy soul with Nicole Mailman. The things that are unsaid are that hubby is a builder. I was assured that there was solid fixing and there wasn't but hubby will sort it. We were told to go away and they would sort it. Gave them cheap price for other glass and no fixing charge. What more could we do. Many thanks

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good price on glass but very poor workmanship. I had a small slide toilet panel/window that needed replacing. I took the whole thing into them and chose the glass that I wanted. I asked what the price would be and the receptionist couldn't tell me, not even an estimation. She went to the back and spoke to someone and told me that she'll call me. I told her that I needed it same day, she advised that it may be today or the next morning. I left and a couple of hours later, another lady rung me from there and told me that I needed to pay my account? I was confused and I told her what the other lady told me, she apologized and said that the window was ready. I asked her the price and she said it would be $52!! I was amazed as the window was small and I had purchased a large piece of glass only a couple of months before! I went to pick it up and I was served by an older man who I asked 'Why does it cost this much?'. He told me coz it took them half an hour to put the glass in! What the?! Half an hour for a small window?! I got home and my husband had to take it apart again as the tracks were on the wrong end and the glass was loose inside the panel. Absolutely appalling result and it took him 5 minutes! I don't know what they did for half an hour but not happy. Probably charged that much as the glass was only $13. Money talks I guess. Won't be returning there no matter how cheap the glass is ????

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The person that came to measure and quote was great! Confirmed we were happy with the quote getting the staff around to install was extremely hard, called 20 minutes before they were due onsite to install to advise they couldn't make it that day and I had to call the office to reschedule the install. Made two trips to our house and still didn't install the shower door as per the conversation I had with the person who quoted the job. Extremely hard to deal with overall and I would never use this company again

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There is no co-ordination between the staff and the owner. Staff commits to the customer but owner says staff have no authority to commit.
They are just making fool of the customer.
If staff have no authority, then they better call owner before committing anything to the customer.
They will simply send you bill and if you disapprove, they will scare you that they will take legal action.
Who has time for all this, so you end up paying them.
Have not seen anyone treating customers in this way.
Wont recommend. They can anytime change their wordings.
So dont trust them.

Yes i was happy with the outcome, I wont lie.
But looks like owner has started lying now that I wanted some discount.
Please go back and check with your staff and then reply what was committed if you are still not clear.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great fast affordable service. Stopped by the shop around 1pm and by 3pm our car wing mirror was ready to be installed, took about 5mins to install and looks like new. Thank again. Highly recommend ???

Very grateful for the service and prompt response to my call, especially since no other glazier would come and repair tonight, they only wanted to patch and come back!! Thanks!!
