★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This was the best experience!! Being in a rental property covered in cream coloured thick carpet, animals using it as thier personal toilet. The stuck in stain I tried to remove he had gone in not even 5 mins and was so helpfull with any other problem and helpfull in suggestions for further possible issues with having animals and children !!!! So very very knowledgeable.
