β β β β β Right from the beginning the service was excellent. Emails were followed up quickly and efficiently. When concerns were encountered they quickly emailed to gain feedback as to the way ahead. It only took three days to complete the job to a high degree of satisfaction. Their pricing was competitive as encountered after acquiring other estimates. Professionally packaged ready for pick-up. A nice, friendly service at the front desk. The office area was well presented which gave the impression our job was going to be handled well. My Mum was very impressed with the finished job - great to have fresh, clean curtains going back up in her house.

β β β β β I had contacted cleaning pro on the day of the flooding, they advised they could come the next day - great! Come the next day I called up to check when they were coming as I hadn't heard back. Turns out they had since booked out and were unable to do the work. Meanwhile I've missed out on booking with other companies. Terrible and disappointing service.

β β β β β Dropped off my aluminium blinds here and they came back cleaner but not the cleanest. I still gave them a wipe down once I got home - I think the marks/smudges were from cleaning residue, so nothing major.
Customer service was good and friendly both in person and over the phone. Easy drop off/pick up service during opening hours, no booking was required and very reasonable pricing - pricing is clear online and excludes GST and much cheaper than other places which is a huge bonus.
Would recommend and return to use their blind cleaning service for the pricing and good customer service.

β β β β β Easy to book. Arrived early. Very friendly staff. Carpet had a few stains I was doubtful they could remove, but it looks really good now. Would definitely use again.

β β β β β The clean itself was done efficiently and to a high standard. That is the positive aspect of my experience.
I wouldn't use this service again however due to the poor attitude of whomever is responsible for bookings. I had booked the service and received a confirmation email. My wife waited for them for the hour that they were meant to arrive in ( between 8 and 9 am) When they failed to arrive I rang to enquire, only to be informed by some snotty officious person that I hadn't booked and even when I sent the confirmation email still refused the possibility that they were in error. Rather than try and deal with a legitimate customer complaint I was told I would be refunded. unacceptable as I had already arranged to hand the house back to the landlord two days later which would have given the carpets time to dry post clean ( which once again were very well done) After some emotional conversation on my part ( admittedly I became quite irate) An alternative appointment was made.
What happened to customer satisfaction? And when is it acceptable to walk away from a booking leaving the client with no chance to engage another company at such short notice. This feedback is in no way a criticism of the cleaning team who were punctual and polite.
Also at the top end of what is acceptable to charge for this service but I paid in the ( mistaken ) knowledge that this was a professional highly rated service that had come recommended by friends.
Best to stay away in favour of someone who cares more about customer care in favour of profit

β β β β β One star is too many! Condition of returned curtains. I trusted them to be professionally cleaned and mold removed. I was fully prepared for some slight fading or slight damage given the delicate fabric of the blackout but this is not acceptable and quite clearly a human error. They are ignoring this and have offered a refund of the cleaning but that's it. They have been quite clearly left to dry on some black printed fabric and have holes throughout just one of the curtains. I do not recommend using this service.
