★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The owners have taken an older style motel and done it up. They decor is modern and everything was spotlessly clean. I stayed one night, but my friend stayed four and found the owners to be incredibly friendly and helpful. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Shower pressure was pathetic. Kitchen area was very small where you did dishes in the bathroom sink. Budget leaking jug and cockroach crawled out of toaster. Hot room with no air conditioning.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Perfect stay on my journey, mine host Alan remembered me after 18 months, I got a spotless and very comfortable unit, plugged in my Chromecast and connected easy peasy, a one minute walk to Main Street, plenty of choices for dinner but so glad I chose the Thai restaurant. I’ll be back , and highly recommend Alexander to everyone!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The good: the bed was comfortable and their is a bike shed for storage.
The bad: the two owners were not the most helpful and even had a go at us for locking our bikes together. The kitchen area is very small and you have to clean your dishes in the bathroom sink. Light switches and plugs in nonsensical places. Flickering light outside our room made for a difficult sleep.
This motel is ok, nothing more, nothing less. We needed a bed for the night and this is what we got. Would not stay again or recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super clean room, like not even a speck of dust in the corner. The bed is really comfy and even comes with heated blankets. The area is really quite and the motel is close to multiple food shops. The owners are absolutely lovely and even helped us with our VERY HEAVY bags up a flight of stairs. The room has everything you could need. The owners have even put together a super helpful folder that has information about the town and even menus for all the restaurants around. I would definitely stay here again and I would recommend this place to family and friends
