★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a lovely corner - full of character and with a stream running next to it. Unit was comfy and clean. I was disappointed I didn't hear or see the trains during our two night stay - they are one of the reasons I love this corner. Very handy to the ferry terminal and very accommodating of the dogs. Thanks. :-)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fabulous country feel - beautiful native birds (cheeky weka and kereru) and glow worms! Lots of great swimming spots and the amenities were really clean and tidy. The train was incredible, and we were surprised how quickly we were able to walk into town via the little track through the bike/dog park. It was very family friendly and we loved the assorted animals staying at the park with their owners (all very well behaved!) We will be staying again.
