β β β β β Great park at the waterβs edge and adjacent the beach. Public toilets, children play ground and just across from the town center.

β β β β β Δ lovely park to sit and wait for your ferry, take a swim, jump on a playground, sit in the sun, sit in the shade, stroll after a cafe meal, learn about the area or just mooch around. Family friendly although main entrance has stairs, not a ramp fit wheelchair access.

β β β β β Beautiful park that is very handy to town. Playground, toilets, mini golf, model railway rides all onsite. The little train runs on weekends and is only $0.20 a turn! Thatβs right only 20cents a ride! Easy access from town, parking onsite and plenty of shade to picnic under. Perfect spot to sit and relax while waiting for your ferry!

β β β β β Great place to hang out with families and friends. This is definitely at place for summer. Lot of people were hanging around when we visited end of Jan. People were swimming, rowing, kayaking and using the jet skies. People were also allows to walk their dog. There is also a water feature to entertain the kids. Ice cream truck is there to sell ice cream. Beautiful view of the sea and hill. Just need to keep your eyes on your kids. Definitely, a place for someone who loves the sea and breeze. My only thing is that there is not enough shade. There are benches but no shade over them.
