Easy walk with a few opening points on the way for photos. On top a small resting area with a bench if you don’t want to sit on the grass. Lots to see on the way. Birds, Plants and even Mushrooms.

This track is a little tough but they do provide lots of places along the way to sit and break. Some areas are uneven and have a lot of tree routes etc so be careful and watch your step.

Around 1.5 walk. The track is very cute, the lookout on Picton is nice. No toilets on the track so go before. ;)

Walked up from Newgate road, which has very limited parking so you may have to park on the main street. Walked to the top and returned the same way, most people were saying the western track was harder to walk. Steady climb up with a few steps, view of the harbour is worth the effort.

Great walk, quite steep up and down but manageable. 22/06/21 there was a tree blocking the path before you get to the top. We crossed it but was quite difficult.

What a great view of Picton and the Sounds you are rewarded by on this track. It's a short and steepish climb up through regenerating bush which provided pleasant shade on a hot morning. There are glimpses of the outlook as you climb, but the best is at the top. It's quite stunning and well worth the effort to make the climb. The track marker suggested it would take 45 minutes but we did it in just over 30 minutes. The track was in good order, and well maintained.

A good, but short walk. Not too taxing, despite the gradients. Beautiful views. Didn't disappoint. If I was to give any negative criticism, I'd say that it could do with more benches at the viewpoint.

Simple easy walk, took is around an hour with a reluctant 9 year old and an aging dog. Great views from the top. We came down the other side, then through town and back to start to pick up our car, was a great morning out!
