Unfortunate experience that I tried to resolve or meet half way but as a customer with a broken down car just trying to get my car home - was met with resistance from the Business Manager. He expected me to diagnose the break down and relay this at the time of the booking. I am not a mechanic, nor was I prompted for this info at the time of booking. My car was towed to my house but left roadside because they couldn't put it onto a basic driveway. Furthermore my it was left road side but pointing the wrong way meaning illegally parked, resulting in a $40 ticket from the council. Business Manager insinuated that I had given misleading info when I booked - far from the case. So be sure to give all info at time of booking or avoid. This was easily fixed by another local tow company and didn't make me feel like I was wrong. Call Supercity Towing!!!

β β β β β terrible customer service . rude obnoxious and operates illegally disposing of peoples car. do not do business with chris at all. his reply is complete lies how he can get to indefinitely god knows. regardless he abused me and called me a loser theres no excuse for this after covid so shut up chris. trying to keep my property for a debt that has now been passed on. have proof he sis not follow nz legislation regarding impounding vehicles and disposing. it has come to light that he has done this many times to others . any reply from him is to try cover himself and his lies see you soon chris?

β β β β β Alfa westcity towing helped me remove my car that was stuck in a very difficult situation, they showed up on time and made short work of it while working diligently. The whole team was a pleasure to deal with, genuinely nice people.

β β β β β Highly recommend Chris and his team at Alfa west city towing and storage. Had an issue with an abandoned crashed vehicle left at the end of my property, Chris and his team will be coming to remove it in under 24hrs since first contact, store it and wait for the owner to claim it. Super helpful as Auckland council/transport couldnβt be of any assistance. Definitely will be using these guys in the future for all towing & storage needs ???

β β β β β Breaking down at the most inconvenient time and location I called a number of towing companies but it was my call to Alfa West and Chris who took time time to understand the situation and the urgency to recover myself and my vehicle from the motorway a.s.a.p. within 15 mins a truck and driver were there.
Whilst not being able to deliver the vehicle to the dealership that afternoon Chris offered an alternative solution delivering the vehicle the next morning at no extra cost.
I can't thank Chris and the driver enough for their assistance.
I highly recommend Alfa West Towing.
