β β β β β Amazing. They quoted $140 and could do it same day / next day, while 4 other tow truck companies quoted $220 to $350 for the same.
Driver gave me great advice on how to save money on the repair (my car had been stolen).
They were fast, friendly, professional and the best price.
I literally could not compare them to any other tow truck company.

β β β β β The two ladies that work there! They stole items from my car my work tools and lied to me. They tried to make me pay more for my car. Use can eat all the money uze tired to give me which was only $40 ! Hope uze get more bad rating because of your bad service uze have ??????????????????

β β β β β Not only did they pick it up very promptly from the intersection it had broken down in, but overnight they fixed my car enough so that I could drive it to a mechanic myself. All while being professional and friendly in a stressful situation.
Great price too. Highly recommend.

β β β β β Got my car stuck all alone in the middle of the night. Avon was located about 10kms away from where I was stuck and they said they couldnβt come out because I was too far. Found the service very rude and didnβt seem to care about my well-being as a woman who is stranded in the middle of the night needing help. Make an effort

β β β β β Although we didn't physically use Avon towing just the customer service we received and confirmation they would help us was AMAZING, late on a Friday afternoon my partner was stuck in piha rang multiple places and no one was Interested or offered any advice. Called Avon they said sure no problem, while I called my partner back someone had stopped to help with success, called Avon to say tow wasn't required and to thank them. If we do need a tow on the future this will be my Go to.
