★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My husband, son and I had 5 amazing days staying in the All View Apartment in the run up to Christmas. It was such a nice place to stay--amazing views, nice layout, beautiful outdoor area/balcony, and easy walking to the town of Paihia. We took the kayaks out twice, going fishing off of a nearby island (they also provided the fishing gear). Theo is a lovely and efficient manager of the property; he was always very accommodating. We would definitely recommend BOI Beachhouses as a place to stay, and we hope to return one day!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fantastic place with amazing views, just as in the pictures. Loved this place which was a perfect size for my wife and I and two kids in the All view apartment. Very clean and perfect location to walk to town along the rocks across the beach! Highly recommended.
