★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So good. Apartment was clean and well furnished and the view was to die for. The taxi service In the area was reliable and well priced to and from the apartment. We did walk to Paihia a couple of times and it was a nice 10 minute walk, no probs there. I will say that if there's a party I the apartment above you I can be a little noisy but nothing than will ruin your stay. Will def be back

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful apartment. Very spacious, very quiet and private amongst the trees, and the view of the sea is superb. Decor is modern. Deck is enormous and ranchslider doors open right back, bringing the outside in. It is a decent walk to the Paihia shops, either around the rocks or via the road. Would most certainly stay there again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the Ferns Suite over Christmas . The space was lovely and the view was gorgeous . Breakfast on the deck with the sun up was a very pleasant way to start the day . Everything inside was well thought out , the apartment was well furnished and clean . Just outside the town - but a short walk - or even shorter drive !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had a fabulous stay in the Sunrise Apartment with 4 adults. Its like staying in a high end resort - spotlessly clean, beautiful rooms with everything you need. We loved the stunning view across the bay especially watching the sailing races. And the small secluded bay was perfect to swim or kayak. Thanks for a lovely holiday!
