★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We were having trouble with our camper after coming through Arthur's Pass on New Years Day! Despite the holiday, David, the manager, was on duty and really helped us out. He was really patient and explained things and did some troubleshooting before we got back on our way. In the middle of nowhere on a holiday, it was a real rescue and we made it home safely. Without his help we might have ordered a 2 1/2 hour tow back to Christchurch at huge expense and ruined our holiday.
