★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My friend was up from Auckland and had alternator problems with her car. Greg sorted it overnight and it cost less than the quoted price. Also picked her up from my home as I was at work when it was finished. Great service and highly recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Took two boat trailers to get fixed. One was tandem to get brakes fixed the other was single axle for indicator light. The tandem was on American braking system. They recommended changing it to New Zealand and it cost me over $3k. Trouble was they didn’t keep the ball coupling at same height and the trailer subsequently bottomed out and hit ground at boat ramp which it never did before, also couldn’t hitch and unhitch without bottle jack because hockey wheel couldn’t rotate to position anymore. As for the single axle trailer indicator light. Cost me $500. They said it needed rewiring and included charges for insulation tape, while new lighting system and delivery of parts from whangarei. New lights and wiring were already fitted before that. Too expensive to fix one light that didn’t work and poor workmanship for $3k that created new problem. I would give zero stars if possible. Sorry Ruakaka motors but this rating is warranted. I wonder if it was because you were dealing with my wife you thought you could pull the wool over her eyes. This work was done last year by the way and this is a late review

Because he is in the slightly older age he was able to diagnose the problem from his experience in older vehicles
