★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a hair cut with Danielle today. She was really good. I find it hard to find a good stylist because of my fine hair but I am very pleased with the job she did. I was also happy that they offer student rates :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went in for the first time, atmosphere was not inviting and friendly. Got my straightened and all i got was a lecture on using supermarket shampoos and this is why my hair was smokey from the blow dryer, all very loud for other client's to hear. Then she used the wide plate GHD on my hair to try and make it easier and faster for her because my hair is thick, but by the end of the night my hair returned to normal and frizzy it didnt last because of her rushed work. Never going back there ever again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was awhile ago, but I asked for a short pixie cut and left with what was essentially a shaved head. Pretty unimpressed.
Edit: I only left this review now as it's taken me two years to grow enough length (plus get over trauma) for me to start looking at stylists again. I noticed I hadn't left a review at the time, and figured it was worth leaving one because it was fairly notable... For all her 'years of experience' she still left me with a shaved head, despite me showing her pictures and telling her that I wanted a pixie cut. I am extremely myopic so couldn't see what she was doing until she showed me at the end. I was horrified, I only paid to get out of there faster because I was so uncomfortable. She may do good work, but this was definitely not an example of that.
I appreciate you defending your staff, but there are more professional ways to respond to negative reviews, no matter how much basis you believe it has.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Considering the fact that I went in for a free haircut that was advertised on Facebook from Devin and her team, I am very happy with the service I received! Beautiful relaxing setting, the head massage was amazing had it gone on for longer I would have feel asleep. Overall happy as with the service I would recommend!
