β β β β β Fantasic service. I have massive anxiety and socialphobia (I have BPD and im Autistic) but this pharmacy has such a welcoming vibe that I always feel welcomed there.
They are always very organized, and always have my meds sorted, the prep time is very quick - much faster than any other pharmacy.
The employees that work there are always doing their best and are so patient. They are doing an outstanding job and should be proud of the work they do!
Absolutely would recommend them over any other pharmicist easy.

β β β β β I rang just for some information and a rude lady name Darian or however you spell her name was arrogant about it all. Hung up on me when I was not done. When i rang again she was even more arrogant. People like her should not be working at all in a place like this. She is rude arrogant it is not good for your business.

β β β β β Today I went to the post office and was horrified at the amount of people in the store I did want to go in because people were blocking the door way. I go the counter to get a form I asked for a pen the lady told me on the counter. There was no pen more people are now crowding me I was then told to get outside to fill out my form then a man from the store harrased me I was so upset I left and went to takanini they have better customer service there

β β β β β This is the second time I have gone to this Pharmacy during the lockdown period. This time was for the post, the Fijian lady was very judgmental, horrible to talk to and very rude. I feel because I was not in my corporate attire I was judged, very humiliating the way she talked to me. NO way will I ever go to this store again. Both times I have gone, have been judged and not looked after as a customer should be done.

β β β β β My little family caught COVID this week and I could not get through to my family doctor all week and apparently they were tending to other calls. ? I just needed to get medication for my myself and my children.
I did not know we could get free medication from our local pharmacy, I called through to see if they could help my little family and the head pharmacist helped me in a heartbeat with amazing advise for my children. She even went out of her way knowing our children needed medication and tried her best to get someone out as soon as possible and not make me wait until after hours.
I appreciate her service so much that I would not go to any other pharmacy here on out. So grateful. God bless.
