★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went out on an 8 run day initially, couldn't help but book a private charter for the next day with a couple other guys I met on the first trip.
Hands down THE BEST experience of my entire life.
The guides cater for everyone's ability, take you to various mountain ranges so you're always getting fresh lines and powder!
The lunch provided is absolutely killer too!
I'll be back again!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a brilliant Heli trip last Sunday - and when 2 of my group unfortunately aggrivated existing injuries the team acted brilliantly in getting them off the mountain, and then shifting the groups around so that we could all continue with the days Skiing.
I felt safe throughout following some snow slip activity locally, and the pilot was incredible - (Jason), the lunch was very tasty and perfect for up the mountain.
The Guides (Elliot and Chris) were professional, funny and helpful - all of which made for an incredible day.
Cannot wait to get back there and go again...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Has the most amazing experience with Ben Johns (our mountain guide). Super knowledgeable and avalanche safety was his priority. We had the whole day with the heli and the views were out of this world. The charter was really well organised. Will be coming back for another day next winter!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I understand that it is not feasible to run the trip with two people. However, I booked this trip back in April as a surprise for my husband's 40th birthday. We basically spent $5k on flights, accommodation, hire car and so on just because we came down for this heli skiing trip!
These guys knew that we are only in town from Wednesday to Sunday but left it until 4.30pm on Friday to cancel our Saturday booking.
I had absolutely no communication from them since I made the booking in April until I called them around midday today. Still they did not tell me the trip was cancelled until 4.30pm!
After they cancelled I rang the other heli places in town and both could have accommodated us today but not tomorrow. If they would have told us that they could not run our trip with reasonable notice, we could have jumped on board another operator and wouldnt have wasted all this time and money!
We are beyond disappointed! We have worked and saved so hard for this and it was supposed to be a trip of a lifetime. A full refund is expected and absolutely no consolidation.
As a business owner ourselves we hope they will handle this kind of situation with more consideration for future customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What a magic day!! Elliot was an excellent guide, the helicopter was top notch (felt brand new!) and the day could not have gone any better. I disagree with the negative review below from Scott P. I tried some of the bigger operators in Queenstown and their service level was v poor. I went with Alpine BECAUSE they are smaller and I'm so glad I did. thx

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After such a good experience with Alpine in 2017, I decided to go out for another heli-day on the 22-Jul-19. Not only were they able to find me a spot at short notice, they also provided a return-customer deal!
The weather turned out to be perfect and we managed to find some really nice snow and decent length runs out near Glenorchy. I was surprised by the runs/ snow quality given the pretty average season so far. Ben, my guide, was super knowledgeable and very safety conscious - traits that are most important when doing any backcountry skiing/ boarding, making me feel safe and also picked up a few backcountry tips throughout the day.
Looking forward to joining the team at Alpine again in another season!
