β β β β β I cannot speak highly enough of Jolanda and Richard at Heliview! We did the self-guided heli biking trip from the top of Mount Jackson and it was absolutely stunning. Truely a once-in-a-lifetime activity. The team at heliview are friendly, professional, and very helpful - they even leant us their own backpack when we forgot our own...! I would highly recommend doing a trip with Heliview.

β β β β β One of the best moments of my life, when we went on top of the mountain, it was amazing. High recommended, also they can provide video and some pictures if you want to, for certain amount.
They are lovely people

Excellent customer service and communication from Yolanda. Richard our pilot was amazing and we enjoyed his commentary during the flight - his photography skills are also top notch.
Would 100% recommend Heliview if you are around the area!

β β β β β Excellent experience . We felt very safe. Extremely friendly family who run their business with passion. Up on the mountain we had lots of fun. We ran and jumpped . We recommend this trip to all. Amazing and fun. We loved it. We left our bags in the car and were assured that it is safe. We purchased the video and the photos which were vety reasonably priced ( $50). Overall it was marvelous.

β β β β β Perfect Day! Wine tasting by Helicopter, hanging with my new homies, I have to share the day. January 17th, 2020 my last day on a whirlwind trip, this was a last-minute booking. Yolanda worked hard to get me in and make it special, Richard was informative and knowledgeable. The two together were fabulous. The dogs (yes I approved first) were a bonus!
This is not normally the type of thing I would do solo, but I didn't want to go home not experiencing Queensland by Helicopter, not to mention wine-tasting and sight-seeing by jeep. I wasn't sure it was going to work out but when I got the call it was a "go", I couldn't say no.
I don't think this was a routine charter, it felt very customized and unique, we even planned on attending a car show in the early evening. Summertime tours are not often as spectacular as winter and I had already been flying with Glenorchy Flights (see review). I wanted to eat drink wine and see what you don't see if you are a right-handed driver like myself. This was the perfect solution.
I was picked up at my hotel in a new BMW limo and chauffeured to Mt. Rose winery, I chilled with the owner and manager wine-tasting until my heli arrived.
Heliview Flights is a family owned, local business and they work hard to please. Highly recommended!

β β β β β Hi Jolanda, As my partner Monique stated about the poor experience with your company. You have NOT done anything in β Good Faith β as you never indicated at the time of when I made the booking that your helicopter was broken or that you were awaiting on a part to arrive from France. I think people should be made aware of this and why you are receiving a 1 star from me. You told me everything was ready to go and Iβm booked for Saturday. If you told me then and there the helicopter was broken and awaiting a part I would have been able to book with another company, But instead you told me nothing and then 3 days out from the booking you call me and cancel because you have not received a part for your helicopter! ( Again I was not made aware the helicopter was broken until this point which is NOT GOOD FAITH ) This is very frustrating as you took my booking knowing full well you couldnβt fly if the part didnβt arrive and this prevented me from booking with anyone else with such short notice. When you say you offered me a number of alternatives you did NOT and only replied with 1 other company which didnβt have a pilot available, Again should I have had more notice, this could have been avoided.
In regards to your response on Moniqueβs review, had you approached it apologetically and acknowledged the situation could have been handled better Iβm sure she would have removed her review as per your request. However you failed to do so, and we feel itβs important for others to see the way you chose to deal with the negative feedback. You are correct, It is a Covid affected economy, and if you expected the reviews to reflect that, your actions should too, you could have guessed it would be late.

β β β β β This was honestly the most amazing experience. Jolanda and Richard are an amazing team who made our engagement so incredibly special. As a surprise engagement, they kept the secret incredibly well and had arranged everything perfectly. They are such a warm, friendly couple, who really go the extra mile for their clients.
The flight experience was amazing as Richard is an excellent pilot and has a wonderful knowledge of the area. The helicopter, is beautiful, clean, and offers amazing views for all passengers during the flight. We couldn't recommend this experience more highly.

β β β β β My partner used This company to try and arrange a surprise proposal for me. He made such an effort to ensure we get to Cromwell and organised every last detailβ¦ only to be told 3 DAYS before the time that the helicopter was broken. Knowing full well it was broken when they accepted this booking (even the waitstaff at the restaurant commenting βis that still brokenβ when out at dinner). If they had any sort of care they would have advised my partner to have a backup! Completely unprofessional on their part
