โ โ โ โ โ From first contact until delivery Alpine Spas delivered a first class experience. We had ordered through another company but after 10 months of poor communication and no delivery in sight, Alpine advise the available models, the video's and descriptions gave us a clear understanding of what we were buying (without actually seeing it), and delivery was arranged as promised and on time. A great experience and we are enjoying a great spa pool!

Jay was excellent to work with and he helped us through our spa purchase. He was very quick to respond to any questions we had. Delivery was super quick too! Can't thank him enough!

โ โ โ โ โ It's been a dream of ours to have a spa forever, and with the state of the world at the moment we decided to just go for it because we spend so much time at home and life is too short. It's also the perfect highlight of a whole new garden area on a previously unloved side of the house. We're in it every night enjoying the beautiful sight of the milky way ... happy days! โ โ โ โ โ Jay from Alpine Spas, Christchurch was just awesome to deal with as my husband and I made several visits to the showroom when making the big decision to purchase both a Yukon spa and Barrel Sauna.
Jay was very professional and knowledgeable and certainly have not regretted our purchases!! The communication regarding delivery and after-sales service has been second to none and we highly recommend Alpine Spas.

The information pack is very thorough and clearly sets out everything you need to know before, during and after spa install. This is especially important for spa newbies like myself. The spa appears to be well made with thoughtful design touches and uses quality materials and components. I highly recommend Alpine Spas!

โ โ โ โ โ We Chose Alpine spaโs after experiencing one at a friends place.From the first contact Jay our spa specialist from Alpine spaโs was fantastic, nothing was a problem, very responsive and knowledgeable. We chose the same spa as our friends the Vermont, this spa has all the features you would expect, we love the deep seat with the shoulder and back jets, its the best. From first contact to delivery the entire process was a pleasure and would not hesitate to recommend Jay and alpine spaโs to our friends.

โ โ โ โ โ Highly recommend Alpine Spas. We are so happy with our purchase! I am in it every night and so relaxing. If you mention my name as recommending you to Alpine Spas, through the family and friends deal you get a free gift with your spa, a chemicals kit, bottle of wine and glasses.
They delivered it straight onto our deck, and we were very impressed with the service. I think from the time we ordered it to when it arrived at our house was only 2 weeks or so. We got the Colorado and love all of the features and it was a pretty good price!
