★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Off the scale awesome. Rented great skis and boots... as promised, better and cheaper than on the hill. Jacqui and Jason went the extra mile ordering goggles and chains for us former North Islanders... fabulous people. Couldn't recommend more highly! We'll be back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awesome customer service. We needed to pick up some chains on the way up to Mount Hutt (which we hadn't accounted for!). Jackie picked up the phone at 6:15am and put aside some chains for us. She even sent through a video explaining how to put them on! Thanks guys, really impressed.

We are beginners to snow sport and the staff really took the time to help us with the fitting, from the boots, boards, clothing etc. Complete set.
The mountain unfortunately closed mid day due to unforeseen weather and we had to return the gears early. They were kind to offer only to pay half price as we only rented the gears for a couple hours. They really went out their way to provide an exceptional customer services!! Probably the best I've had in a long time. Will definitely use their service again when we visit mt hutt in the future
