★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had to return my bike purchased from the porirua store for a small issue, Todd and his team looked at it and and promptly got it fixed under warranty and gave the rest of the bike a tune up. Great knowledgeable team, friendly service. Good selection of bikes and product in store.
Highly recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The absolute worst service in Wellington. I've been a couple of times for a window browse but this time I wanted to take advantage of the Labour Day sales. Walked in on a Friday at around 11am, no other customers in store - 2 staff behind the counter and after looking around for a good 5 mins, not one of the staff came and asked if I needed assistance. I walked towards one of the staff to request assistance and she walked down an aisle so as not to assist.
I had 5k cash on me and was prepared to purchase an e-bike. Walked out with my money and spent it at Pack and Pedal instead.
I hope the upper management team at Torpedo7 know that they're paying their Porirua staff to avoid sales. Absolute joke! If you're in Porirua, go to Pack and Pedal or Get Fixed Bicycle instead!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I came into your ( porirua ) store today and got served by Taylor. She was so helpful answered all my questions had heaps of knowledge about all the snowboarding products I asked about. She was happy to help and even seemed excited for me. It was a great experience and it only was her second or third week. Definitely would come back you don’t get people that work like that often!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really disappointed with porirua branch I usually shop taupo and palmerston and they are great. I seriously wanted to buy a wet suit for my self. No help had to ask. Then sent to a locked fitting room had to go back to get it opened. No one came to ask how I was getting on. I needed another size. I walked out. I did personally tell them

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went in to find a gift for someone having worked here I had high expectations for service as I had been pushed myself to keep up this service and all the new staff paid no attention to customers all were blabbing away at the counter never got greeted at all. Poor training I must say this has really gone down hill since I worked here all I can say is it looks likes they don't care anymore about customer service or making sales. Needs serious improvement looks as though you are loosing alot of customers guys

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Were the staff helpful at Torpedo7 Porirua??? well two were not, I was interested of the double burner outside the box on the shelf. (A picture shown of a propane cartridge connected to the double burner box) but no cartridge on the shelves, I asked him if they have the propane cartridge that described in the picture: his answer... Sorry I don't know, Sorry I can't help??? honestly, go & have a look at the back & find out :( 2nd staff member, same question to her, she picks up the butane gas canister, at least she tried, but that was not the canister, I knew that... Get some Customer Service Training & have some knowledge on what you are selling on your shelves.... or get out of there.. like I did! wasted my time driving from Upper Hutt

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ most of the time i do click and collect something goes wrong. i cant fault the products or he staff, the system seems to be just a bit average. not every time but most times ive done it i get a notification to say my order is ready for pick up then when i turn up only part of my order is ready and the staff look at me baffled as to why im there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely wonderful service from the lovely Stacey, who went out of her way to procure a highly in demand model of mountain bike and secured it ahead of schedule. And to the cheerful staff who set up the bike rack for me. Torpedo 7 you are my new favourite bike shop and I am recommending you far and wide.
