★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Real mix. Have been here a few times. I have had great service and terrible.
I have walked in and been after a kind of specific gift and have been totally ignored.
I have been in a week prior to Christmas (after 8pm and and it was dead quiet) looking for shoes for our daughter and they didn't have her size and flippantly said "you could could to our other stores and see if they have them" with no offer to call other stores (which is quite out of the way to drive to on the off chance).
I think if I was in my 20's and trendy they would be all over me. But me and my middle aged (surfer) hubby aren't the target market.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The shop assistant who served us was so helpful and friendly, we were approached within the first couple of minutes of entering the store. The assistant carefully made sure we had the correct sizing of shoe, and seemed knowlegeable about the product and how to find the correct size. My daughter was very happy with her Adidas sneakers. Thanks ?
