Had trouble finding the style of jeans I wanted as they were dotted through the shop instead of collected in one area, and noticed there weren't many size 14 or 16 jeans on the racks, but really beautiful clothing at affordable prices. Great kids and baby clothing range too (didn't look at the menswear but they have a large men's section too).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I walked around the store with my purchases, no one in menswear. No one in womenswear only customers. I litey yelled 'are there any staff here' I could of walked out with the items.
As I was about to phone the store to try my luck a 'Darren' walked out from the back and although he apologized he seemed unfazed by the lack of staff and said 'oh there should be four staff in ladies ah well'
Yeah I'm thinking this store is a shoplifters dream ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst customer service by the staff named Shivana. She didn’t even greet a hi or thank you. Must learn to have good manners and respect the customers. Extremely disappointed rude service. Good range of clothing thou.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst staff I’ve ever experienced in retail. You’re better off hiring the guy that asks for coins out the back every day.
Two staff members had no idea about anything on the floor and very rude and dismissive, as if us asking was the most inconvenient part of their day.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is a affordable good quality brand. Located inside Westfield Riccarton mall. Has got men's, women, kids items including clothes obviously, and shoes, sneakers, belts etc.. If u r lucky, u might find a sale items too for discounted prices. They mainly have their own brands for there are no signature products from famous brands. Customer service is not bad. For me was good, but once I have encountered with service person who was not that good in it, I meant not that supportive. But on average I would say good.
