★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wrong flowers were delivered so I contacted them for an explanation. Instead of contacting me back first they contacted the recipient (without me knowing!) and organised for the wrong flowers to be picked up and a new bouquet delivered. I would've preferred Ammi to contact me first instead of the recipient as they were new parents and I didn't want them being inconvenienced. Not to mention this was during L3 lockdown where minimal contact as possible is preferred. I would never use or recommend them again purely because I did not like the fact they contacted the recipient instead of discussing with me why the wrong flowers were delivered. I would've liked to discuss what solutions there were.
