★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our experience with Annie was not a good one, we enquired to view one of her listings via a phone call. It seemed like the few questions we had appeared to be more of an annoyance than anything. Her responses and tone came across as very arrogant, quite different to what her profile portrays. The property in question i see has since signed with another realtor....i suspect this is a trend and speaks volumes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ she tried to put me off the house, i had to persuade her to put my offer in, she wouldnt give me any price point at all, i wasnt negotiated with at all even after i said i want to to be the one to buy the house, she run a tender like sale but not advertised as tender, which i believe isnt fair on anyone, i think she could of got tens of thousands more for her vendor. i guess its save a little on the commission and lose tens of thousands off the sale price. if you want to lose alot of money i recommend tall poppy
