These guys are reasonable and easy to work with.
They get maintenance done at an affordable price.
The Son Bradley who is also on the team has a side business of property maintenance and he does a great job.
Compared to other provenances I deal with he is very cheap at a high quality
Ross and Barbara have decades of experience!
Ross has been quoted by news organisations such as the Herald a number of times through the years he knows his stuff
I have properties all over New Zealand my only complaint is that I wish I could clone these guys for my other portfolios
They are the best property managers I have ever and will ever have!!!!!!!
