★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We sold our house through harcourt and for starters, 2 of the 5 star reviews on google are from Sue Ellis who works for harcourts, so conflict of interest there.. They listed the house as the wrong suburb twice, both times we had to ring up and correct it, both areas being worth $150K less on average. They sent out 2 agents for the appraisal and made it out like both would be selling it then one withdrew. Once we had signed up. Everything about the experience was under handed, would not recommend.
