Anteris - Anteris 1017 Cameron Road

I will be lodging a complaint to the Health and Disability Commissioner. If I could give zero stars, I would. As per below - stay far away! This is my first, and hopefully last negative review. Anteris took over $1000 of ours and then the Doctor left without sending his Report, which has left us without the prescription medicine that we'd been trialling as a GP needs the Report in order to prescribe it. This is illegal. The lack of care & arrogance in the emails regarding the Doctor leaving has been the worst I've experienced in my life - and coming from a psychiatrist organisation, where wellbeing is supposed to be at its core, I find abhorrent. They have prioritised paying clients over fixing this mess - making us wait THREE MONTHS to have to go through yet another appointment - basically they've held us at ransom, refusing to refund anything for their incompetence. Not only that, but literally stating that we should be GRATEFUL that we're going to be seeing a more experienced and expensive doctor (because their other one didn't do the job we paid him for)??!!!! On top of all this, they have not ONCE offered an apology, which goes a long way. Disgusting and highly disappointing! - to reply to their response below - I am a family member of their patient and do not wish to disclose the patient's name for their anonymity.

They got back to me almost immediately and were very informative.

Anteris helped me where the dhb had failed my whole life and I thank Dr Armstrong and his staff for their help cheers

Dr Eileen Vuong is absolutely amazing. I highly recommend Dr Vuong - Very understanding and made me feel comfortable to discuss what goes on inside my head and to get my diagnosis from her has been an absolute game changer. I also had to wait a decent amount of time to be seen with the admin team like many others however I think people forget the massive back log there is & the shortage of medical professionals in NZ makes the wait longer. Be patient, it’s worth it. A very big thank you again to Dr Vuong, I really appreciate what you have done for me.

Stay far away. They just want your money. They also sent a report full of false information to my gp once I stopped seeing them to make it look like I "wasn't ready" whatever that means, rather than the real reason which was I felt that the treatment and level of care was severely lacking compared to the outrageous cost.

Sent a referral via GP, didn't hear from them at all but then was told by my GP instead of them that my referral was not accepted. What a nasty business. Wondering what’s their standard for picking clients. Would give zero stars if I could for sure The feedback from this clinic stating coil find this referral. Well it's under the surname KONG. Thanks for your late unhelpful attention anyway

My experience with the doctor was good, however I've had to chase up the office at every single junction. Phoned multiple times to follow up my appointment, phoned multiple times when they failed to deliver my prescription, they failed to schedule my follow up, they let my second prescription lapse despite repeated follow ups from me, etc. Total nightmare, and the Tauranga office in particular simply doesn't answer their phones.
