homes. Our experience exceeded all our expectations and we were left extremely pleased with the process & our new home. I would have made no changes except to have built with them earlier!
Our journey started with Douw & Jackie who really went to extreme lengths to secure our house contract for us & we were very pleased with their customer service & all the hard work they did for us. The next stage was to meet with Claire who is the designer guru (which was the really fun part!) she was awesome - super organised, helpful and fast with communication & changes, she also went the extra mile for us. The accounts manager James was amazing too - he was easy to deal with and so prompt with invoicing etc! Mark was our building manager - brilliant guy, handed over our house much earlier than expected and him and his team were always ahead of schedule. Mark would always update us every friday with progress pictures! I can’t emphasise how happy we were with the build and especially all the hard work of the builders and other trades. We had ZERO hiccups or issues! Everything ran smoothly. Not to mention anthem homes is really ahead of the game with their app “builder-trend” which basically makes the whole process super easy. We also appreciated our beautiful goodie basket on hand over day! Thanks for everything Anthem Homes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We would like to share our positive experiences from the purchase of our Anthem Homes house and land package. From our first viewing the sales representative Jacqui was very warm and friendly, attenuative to all our questions and able to fully answer all of our queries. She was communicative throughout the whole process and responsive to any minor issues needing to be resolved. The home itself was well built and full of attention to detail. The design is very practical and the color scheme very amicable. As with all new built it is not unusual to find a few idiosyncrasies, but whenever these are reported to the Anthem Homes' team they are promptly resolved to our satisfaction. We would recommend Anthem Homes to anyone looking to purchase a new home.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our current home is our second outing using Anthem Homes. They did a great job three years ago and we had no hesitation in employing them again when we decided to go on our second build adventure. Safe to say we weren't disappointed.
We've ended up with an even better home than the first time and the processes Anthem employ have improved over the years. The team in the office are very responsive and always happy to help, no matter how trivial the question, which made us feel truly valued as a customer.
Of course, things don't always go right during the build itself but our excellent project manager was always available and willing to sort tings out quickly. We don't expect to build again any time soon, but we thought that last time so, if we do, we will certainly be banging on Anthems door first.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We are so pleased that Anthem Homes built our new home. Friends and family had warned us that building a house often involved many hassles and problems, but we experienced none of these and due to the great staff at Anthem we have had a great journey through from start to completion.
We are highly delighted with our new home and enjoying all great features and beautiful finishing work. The Team at Anthem was always willing to listen to our ideas and offer helpful suggestions. We give them all 10 out of 10!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This was the first house we built in New Zealand, anywhere really and so this exercise can not be compared with anything other than, perhaps, impressions we heard in time from other people, on TV, etc. But we can't imagine that anything could have gone better. It really was a very pleasant experience. We only dealt with 3 people but they were all much better than we imagined. Jacqui, the sales person, was excellent: knowledgeable, easy to talk to, just pleasant overall. We only dealt with Brad - the project manager, a couple of times or so and again, all was efficient, on point. Claire and maybe because we talked to her a lot, is in another league. We don't know really know what more to say: keep her, pay her, she's worth it. So thank you Anthem Homes! We hope the rest will go as well and we're looking forward to it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We would highly recommend using Anthem Homes for a new build. They have an amazing team who are friendly and go out of their way. We were able to build our home just as we wanted because of that. Their communication is fantastic and amazing even during these covid times. Building a new home can be stressful, but not with Anthem Homes. They are reliable and you can be assured that you will get what you want. Jacqui, Claire and Ben were fantastic to deal with. Claire is absolutely fantastic at interior design and just amazing with everything. The process in general was smooth and their work is also of a high standard.
