About Richard Hull Builders
We use a specialised software program that gives you a detailed quote for your build. Throughout the build we track material and labour costs in detail, this way we can make sure we are working to your budget.
Sometimes there are unexpected issues which come up, for example pulling up carpet to find the Rimu floor boards you hoped were in tacked need to be replaced. We will communicate quickly, openly and honestly about any changes to the build or renovation, and will re quote you before going ahead with any changes.

Very poor communication during this period, and no apology - just a threat to charge all costs plus admin fees if we cancelled job. Also no communication when starting or finishing job, or communication with tenants, despite requiring ripping up flooring.
We had requested that leave part of the job for us (painting etc.) to reduce initial quote, however, this was ignored and work completed and charged anyway.
Received on recommendation, but would probably not recommend.
Not awful, but overall quite unprofessional.
