โ โ โ โ โ Very rude owner, poor customer service, made a huge deal and yelled at us about which door we walked through when we forgot our key, I didn't realise it was such a big deal as at my normal gym (anytime fitness westgate) they are so friendly and it doesn't matter as long as you sign in which is what we planned to do anyway.
Needs to learn how to speak to customers with a bit more respect.

โ โ โ โ โ I fell in love with this gym from the first visit. There is a pleasant atmosphere in this place, clean and convenient facilities, a lot of great equipment, genuinely friendly and very helpful administration.
Highly recommended!

โ โ โ โ โ Very rude lady with no manners, very condescending. Does not know how to talk to customers or people in general, had her yell at me one time after someone caught the door behind me as I was on my way in. Then proceeded to walk me to the door and "teach" me how to use the door as if I haven't been a member at anytime for 6 years. On a separate occasion I had my mate come with me (who was also a member and had to manually sign in because he had forgot his key) she had again taken us back out the door for ANOTHER lesson on how to use the door then made my mate walk through the other door as if it was going to undo us walking into the same door. She is not a good look for the company as any other gym I have been to I have only ever been meet with a warm welcome and a big smile.

โ โ โ โ โ This is the worst gym ever joined. The lady was extremely rude!!!
I was a casual member for 2 months and when I was wanting to cancel, they suggested me for holding a membership. When I tired to cancel my membership after the hold, she was extremely unkind. Canโt believe what she said to me! I said โIโm unhappy with your service then sahe said โhonestly I donโt care what you think โand hang up the phone.
Such a rude person!!! She need to learn how to talk to customers.
