★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Place was empty and still service was slow, mucked up our order twice, people sitting beside us were told that they would be served after booked tables as they had a voucher,even tho place wasn't busy and had no bookings at the time. Meals were small and very average food! Would not recommend this place unless you would like to wait 30mins for your coffee order to be taken.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dropped here today, although we've got Grabone vouchers to use, Staffs were great and polite. we had a little bit of waiting for our orders to arrive and their gourmet burger for me is not worth the price, other than that everything is great.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Th service was very good, unfortunately let down by the poor quality of food. I had the beer battered fish which had been overcooked and also had a bone in it. Salad was soggy. Chips were the most enjoyable item on my plate.
I would be very reluctant to come here again.

Last Tuesday evening we enjoyed a wonderful dinner at your restaurant. We went back this morning for a breakfast meal and were so disappointed. You were not busy and we still waited over 30min for a Big Breakfast and a Pulled Pork Sandwich. The pork had a big piece of fat in it which is of no use to anyone. The chips were overcooked and smelled like it has been prepared in old oil. The potato Rosti tasted and smelled the same as the chips. Overall we were really disappointed in the quality of the food and reflecting back on our first experience, something seriously went wrong this morning.
If this is the norm then I can not see how your restaurant would survive.
Maybe you should decide to either sell and install air-conditioners, or be a restaurateur.
Good luck and I hope you will take this feedback on-board and do something about it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had an awesome dinner. 3 of us had ribs, I am quite fussy about ribs and these were cooked to perfection. The meat just came away from the bone. One had calamari, which tasted great and one had pizza which was full of the ingredients, very tasty . We has a lovely dinner.
