★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had great success with my frozen shoulder at Movement Lab. Jianni provided expert care and exercises for my recovery. I had seen a physio previously for the injury and had no success. Jianni's prescription at Movement Lab between home exercises and specific pilates exercises and strength building in house gave me full mobility of my shoulder again. I would highly recommend. Great Pilates studio as well!

Studio is contemporary and has a boutique feel.
Great experience I will be back. I've booked for physio this weekend too. Located in the heart of Ponsonby. Love it ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Filled out the contact form, 6 days later after not hearing back from you I called and left a message with a helpful guy who took my details - never heard from you. Called again and spoke to the same guy who remembered me from the last time - never heard from you. Once is understandable, we're all busy, but 3 x I'll find somewhere else ✌️
