L'équipe Frogs a parfaitement répondu à nos attentes, l'accueil à l'aéroport et la perception du véhicule étaient dans le timing. La voiture correspondait parfaitement à ce qui été convenu (voir même mieux) et que dire des lieux ou nous avons dormis, tout simplement parfait et splendide...

Le collaborateur a été très sympathique et nous avons fait une première ébauche du voyage ( dates et durée du séjour, endroits à visiter, types d'hébergement, location de voitures ou camping car).
A partir de la proposition initiale, nous avons affinés en tenant compte des conseils de l'agence Frogs pour établir un projet final très satisfaisant.
Le collaborateur de l'agence Frogs a toujours été très disponible que ce soit par téléphone ou par mail, pour nous construire ce projet et nous donner des conseils judicieux. Le voyage s'est très bien passé et sans aucun soucis car parfaitement organisé pour la location de voiture, les hébergements et quelques activités. Les documents de voyage ( Road book, vouchers, cartes ) sont de bonne qualité et précis.
L'appli FROGS est une mine d'informations précieuses.
Je recommande l'agence Frogs pour sa compétence et son sérieux. Bien qu'étant à Auckland et nous en France, cela n'a jamais été un problème pour les contacts téléphoniques.
Nous avons effectué ce voyage de 1 mois à 4 personnes (2 couples).
We chose the Frogs agency following a request for a quote on the internet. The response was swift, and initial telephone contact was made. The employee was very nice and we made a first sketch of the trip (dates and duration of the stay, places to visit, types of accommodation, car rental or camper van).
From the initial proposal, we refined taking into account the advice of the Frogs agency to establish a very satisfactory final project.
The employee of the Frogs agency has always been very available, whether by phone or email, to build this project for us and give us sound advice. The trip went very well and without any worries because it was perfectly organized for car rental, accommodation and some activities. Travel documents (road book, vouchers, maps) are of good quality and precise.
The FROGS app is a mine of valuable information.
I recommend the Frogs agency for its competence and seriousness. Although being in Auckland and we are in France, this has never been a problem for phone contacts.
We made this trip of 1 month to 4 people (2 couples).

Nous sommes passés par Frogs in NZ pour organiser notre lune de miel et nous sommes ravis.
Les conseillers ont su prendre le temps de nous connaitre avant de nous proposer un séjour vraiment personnalisé que ce soit pour les activités ou les hébergements.
Les équipes sont réactives et extrêmement disponibles et ce pendant toutes les étapes du voyage.
Enfin l'organisation était irréprochable. Aucune fausse note, des informations claires et détaillées dans les guides et sur l'application. Bref toutes les conditions étaient réunies afin que n'ayons plus qu'à profiter de ce magnifique pays avant de revenir avec des souvenirs plein la tête.
