Very slow and no sense of urgency from teller staff. Need more staff during their last hour of opening times waiting in line forever and luckily the only staff helpful was the turban guy who quickly resolved my needs so extra star for him but this branch needs a boost and improvement not impressed and long wait times and other staff not chipping in to assist during peaks! :-(

Their so called 24/7 smart deposit machine is always closed on a Sunday, so much for being 24/7

No foreign exchange. Staff told me to go to Manukau, wait in line at Manukau to find out they don't do foreign exchange.

Really bad experience today at ANZ Bank Takanini this afternoonn while trying to do my banking. I aways know there is a number restrictions at the door so when I arrived, I poked my head in and saw only 2 people in line and an elderly lady was sitting. So I asked if she was in line then security guy came and asked me out, because only three people could be waiting in side the building. The way he spoke is super rude β€œcan’t you understand English? I said only three people could come in!” He might had said, but with his low voice and mask on, I did not remember I heard that. I went out, waiting. Ok, if I think this is bad or embarrassing already, what’s even bad is waiting for me. 2 mins later, one customer walked out, and there are other customers wait behind me. He indicated in, I did. Wait in line, Gentlemen came after me, waited in line as well. Then he pulled me out, said he did not asked me in but the gentleman behind me can stay! Other customers did the banking at the same time felt what he did to me was so wrong and awful too! After another 5mins, customer in side building has been reduced to 2, he still refused to call me in. Hey! Am I a refused customer from ANZ? I felt this being racist together with can you understand English? My worst experience in New Zealand after 20years! Can not believe this could happen in Auckland in 2022. #ANZ #ANZtakanini,

Security Guard there is very rude, unprofessional, and needs a lesson in basic customer service. Real shame ANZ Takanini was such a nice branch. I can see why all the old ANZ store team have left.
