Kiwibank has been closing branches all over NZ.
To make things even worse, this is a cashless branch. My customers are using ATMs to withdraw large bills, but when its time for me to get some smaller bills, I'm told to go to another suburb or another bank.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I don't know why you would take out Papakura Branch and put this cashless branch in. When needing to deposit cash into another persons account ASAP, it can't be done. Quite frustrating for someone who doesn't have a vehicle to drive all the way to Clendon Park to deposit money.
