★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have used their services a few times, an Asian lady did my eyelashes which stung while I opened and shut my eyes she no longer works there for whatever reason. However I got them done recently and the lady was so gentle, the lashes never hurt and although they were falling out within a week they were hesitant to refill them but another lady refilled them and got glue stinging my eyeballs so bad and they started falling out from the very next day ?. Last but not least I just wanted them off so I went in to get them taken off and that lady was the worst! Whatever product she used burnt my eyelids it was so painful and then it wasnt even working so she cut my real lashes with scissors and pull my real lashes off I have already nice lashes to now I have bald spots and short and long all the way she was laughing while I was crying and she still charged me saying she didn't do this and that your so lucky Ive turned a new leaf and don't get physical but your service is very very very poor!! I have one bad photo immediately after as my eyes were way too sore even at work that night they were on fire red as stinging

No one greeted me at the counter so I just sat and waited. If you have Customer's, at least acknowledge them.
The reason I give a 4 star is because the Man that did mine and my daughters hair, did a nice cut, so that is why.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a facial for the first time at this place and I must say, best facial ever. Shout out to Aman. Very friendly and she gave the most amazing face massage. I will definitely be coming back for another facial here soon. Everyone ask for Aman, she's the best!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to get lashes done. As soon as I sat off the seat I realized that I could barely shut my eyes, so asked the lady to fix the problem which she tried. Then I thought the problem had solved but upon driving home I realized it didn't feel any better, so I went straight back to have them tell me nothing looked wrong (yet it hurt so bad) so she grab tweezers and started ripping the inner corner hairs out (which u can only imagine hurt so bad) then she took a few out just to replace them, which they still didn't feel right but I needed to go as I had my kids, fast forward 1 and a half week later. Most of the lashes have fallen out but the few that are still stuck there are so painful. Which I will be going to another store to have them removed properly. Sooooo I wouldn't recommend this store.

Lovely lady(Navjot) did my lashes , they look so pretty and feels so lightweight.
That will be my go to place for all beauty and hair services. So happy to find such great place near my home.
