★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was a National Bank customer living overseas, with a mortgage and credit card with them. Big corporation, ANZ Bank purchased my bank. ANZ refused to renew my credit card because my income was primarily from overseas, despite the fact that my mortgage is now with them, and never missed a payments, and my overseas income and assets are very substantial. Rigid bureaucracy run amok. No regard for this customer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ the entrance of this bank has a ridiculously rough surface that needs to be looked at, tiled or something. the bank street side of this building is disgusting, about 100 years of grime, clean it, and the atm could do with some sanitising.
