★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Usual bank practise. Have no staff available and push everyone to ATMS and anyone who does have query usually takes a long time. 20 minutes plus to get pre arranged change order.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ You can't really complain about the service, because there isn't any. Just needed changing large notes to smaller denominations. 15 minutes of frustration for nothing. My family have millions with this clown show. Maybe....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Disappointing that all other banks are operating during alert level 2. ASB, Westpac, Kiwibank are all operating every week day . All except BNZ Whangarei was completely shut all day on Friday and had a sign on door saying "open Thursday 10 - 12 " only !.
To deposit cash there is no secure indoor area like other banks have that as a customer can access and therefore would have to lodge my cash deposit into an outside ATM on one of Whangarei's main streets Not very secure or feel safe.?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As a long term customer if BNZ, the Whangarei branch are terrible. I have to stand in a busy street to deposit cash, not very safe especially of you have a large amount of cash. Other banks are much safer and user friendly and have better customer service. Stupid.
