β β β β β The WORST ANZ branch yet. The bank tellers are extremely rude and uninviting; Not to mention caked in makeup. They are also loud and love to embarrass new bankers. Definitely not high-level anxiety friendly. Majority of the staff are incapable, incompetent Millennial staff who love to judge, over-exaggerate the reasoning for your visit and would rather be doing anything else. Incredibly uncomfortable experiences each time I have to visit.

β β β β β It is a very good branch. I have been very happy to use them for my savings account. Usually, they have plenty of tellers so the line moves pretty quickly that alone makes them significantly better than Kiwibank which is my other bank.
