★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I visit bank today after hours, they were just closed. I lost my anz card and my phone became dead(battery low). I rarely use my Asb card which was temporarily lock, but gentleman there help me.i was driving to Waipawa and had to refill fuel in car. At that time I was bit shocked. But thanks heaps as I think you been above your limits . Thanks so much. Pleasure to seee such gentleman.??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Always friendly helpful staff at this branch. Some have been here for years and you get to know them. Sometimes there's a short queue of 4 or 5 ahead of you but staff always check out how they can help while you are still in line. I am dyslexic with numbers but they don't mind taking the time to help.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lunch on a weekday - one of the busiest times - and there is only on teller?!? The line 2as backed up to the door and no one seemed to care apart from the single teller who was doing her best but way under resourced to handle the volume. You make hundred of millions of dollars annually yet you don't appreciate your customers enough to properly staff your branches at peak times. Well played, ASB, and thanks for your transparency.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had amazing customer service this afternoon from a staff member at the Hastings branch (I cant remember her name sorry but she was a young lady with long curly dark brown hair). She was extremely helpful and had amazing customer service - I hope this feedback can be passed on to her ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As new customers to the bank it would be great to get heads up in terms of when to come in for account verification. My husband came in first time to verify identification only to be told to come back in again with evidence to verify address. We went in next day only to be advised that account verification's are only done between 10am - 3pm which is annoying. Could the bank maybe update their website regarding these situations? Other than that, the customer service is great and feel your customer feed backs should be considered for improvement.
