★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you're a business customer don't bother. Have been calling their business banking department for over a week and the phone has never been picked up. Was on hold for over 70minutes once just to see how long it'd go for but I gave up eventually. Also tried calling their Business Manager Karl (got his details from the Napier branch), his landline wasn't connected and he never returned the message left on his mobile. I just wanted to open an account and support a kiwi owned bank but they literally won't even bother talking to me. And I'm not driving from Napier to Hasting just to find out when I can make an appointment. Pull your finger out, Kiwibank.
