โ โ โ โ โ Went in to open a new account as a new customer I was treated like I was an annoyance that the lady could not be bothered with me I went to kiwibank riccarton amazing service there ANZ was just horrible would give no stars if it was an option.I do not recommend this branch

โ โ โ โ โ I didnโt count the coins when I changed the change. When I went home and found that 30 cents missing from my 10 dollars, why the bank staff so careless? Don't bother to travel back to make a case but still very upset about the service and carelessness by bank staff.

โ โ โ โ โ Not everyone can get to the bank during week hours, went today to do a transfer between accounts that could only be done over the counter and couldn't be done as no tellers on the weekends. What's the point in saying open 7 days. Very disappointed!

Ray S instantly took us under his wing and went above and beyond to ensure we were well taken care of. โ โ โ โ โ A Big thanks to Kim. Had an appointment to open my teenage boys an account. Kim was so professional, kind and respectful to us...explained everything down to a tee where we all understood. Definitely would reccomend Kim 100per cent. Thank you Kim for your time and for making the process so easy and comfortable for me and my boys. โ โ โ โ โ I think its a biggest branch of the ANZ bank in Christchurch. They are very welcoming. They always listen your problem carefully and try to solve it in real time if it's possible. I like ANZ bank for their good services.

โ โ โ โ โ Poor customer service, always a issue with changing money because the local company I work for does not bank with anz and for some reason or 'policy' that is a issue, when I rang customer service they had not real explanation as to why but just said ' sorry we can't do that' with no real explanation as to why, currency is currency isn't. SUPPORT YOUR LOCAL....ANZ I THINK NOT
