β β β β β Think that one of the lines should be for mailing items only as there are times you have to wait in the post line while complex questions are dealt with. An express post line would be a huge benefit to customers.

β β β β β Attempted to send an important document internationally via express... Got informed a week later that they had given me the wrong type of envelope and it would be returned to sender... If you don't know already use an alternative service if sending anything internationally.

I also didn't get the name of the other lady behind the counter aswell who was very nice to.

β β β β β Rude post office staff, donβt listen to what you are a saying and tell you you are wrong, before you have even finished explaining the situation - something so simple made complicated and felt utterly belittled! If you canβt be polite donβt be in a customer service role.

β β β β β We have never come across someone so rude and dismissive. Your customer service needs a serious overhaul. I'd highly advise your staff to visit ANZ Riccarton to get an idea of what a true customer service experience should be..friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. Kiwibank Riccarton..your a disgrace!!!

β β β β β When we arrived 1 minute late after being sent by the post office lady to get extra information for my car rego, they wouldn't let us back in while they had 5 other customers still inside. What a very nasty way to treat your customers! So rude! You could have made an exception and been a decent human being but instead you chose to be nasty! Never dealing with these staff again!
