★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There is always something wrong when I stop by the Riccarton branch. Faulty/Out of Order "Change" machine, the note taker is always broken, so they have to count the cash, never enough staff on! The American/Canadian woman is the rudest member of staff. The Asian woman has absolutely no clue! Worst branch ever! They deserve an award! If I could change banks I would, sadly that is not my choice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Contrary to other reviewers, I have always had good experiences at this branch. The staff are always friendly and helpful, and as long as you don't make the mistake of visiting at lunch time like the majority of people (thus large lines) there is only ever a very short wait to be served. Would recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to this bank and I was told that I’m not eligible to open any account unless I close my any account with other banks. Is it true? I also felt that the lady was little bit rude towards me while talking. This is the first time I felt unwelcome in any bank.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice place. Terrible customer service! Had 1:30 pm appointment, approached at 1:48pm and was told appointment got changed to 2:30pm. No advise received either thru phone call or text.
