★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I made payment in advance, now they said they can't find it in their system, I sent them the bank statement ask them to check, there are no one response at all, what the hell with those people?!!!never take responsibility of what they are doing, difficult to trust!!!!!!!!!!!!
untill today 20/12/2021Never respone even get intouch for refund regarding they can't offer services with the convenince they used to had, dealy of respone, reject of refund even they can't make it work, complain to commerce commission, if there are still not respone, raise this business to Disputes Tribunal!!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been getting botox treatment from Cindy for over a year now. I saw a photo of myself that was 1.5 years old and was amazed at how much my skin has improved. I love that Cindy is a registered nurse too. If I don't need treatment, she tells me. She's not interested in selling products, her focus is helping her customers get the best treatment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been coming to Cindy for a number of years for various procedures and have always found her very professional, knowledgeable and reasonably priced. I started getting fake lashes with her 6 months ago and LOVE them. She does individual lashes that last ages. I had had them done elsewhere in the past and found them clumpy and uncomfortable. Cindy listened to what I wanted and recommended the length that best suited me. I am very happy with the result and would not use anyone else.

I had almost given up on trying to fix my scarring because I had spent so much money on different treatments and nothing was helping, but I reluctantly decided to give it another shot and purchased the skin needling treatments off Groupon earlier this year and it has honestly been the best thing that I could've done for my skin! I was amazed with the improvement in my skin after only a couple of treatments and my scarring is pretty much non-existent now! Thanks for making me feel confident in my skin again Cindy!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've been receiving treatments from Cindy for the last 1.5 years from needling, injections, lashes, skin care etc. You need a lot of trust with your therapist, and the best thing I love about working with Cindy is that I completely trust that she gives me honest advise and feedback about what I need.
I'm always complimented on my lashes to the point where I now carry her business cards to pass onto all the ladies that ask me about where I get them done! At one point my natural lashes were looking quite worst for wear as they're naturally thin; she picked this up as soon as she saw me and advised me of a treatment plan. I was completely shocked at how thick and long my lashes grew back. She really knows her stuff, and no surprise because she's constantly on new courses to upgrade her knowledge.
Some therapists will proceed to treat you without the appropriate knowledge if the treatment will be best for you or they might have a monetary gain behind it. Not Appearance! There have been plenty of times I've queried about treatments and they told me I don't need it. They take a lot of pride in delivering a service and product that speaks for itself - no hard sell.
She provides a great service and I have a lot of trust knowing she takes really great care of me. Highly recommended!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’ve been a client of Cindys for the past 4 or so years. Nothing but professional, she is highly skilled and trained. I often get asked who my Beautiful Therapist is. Wouldn’t go anywhere else! My daughter also get her lashes done by Cindy she loves them.

I tried emailing and submitting the refund form on the website many times over the last few months but have heard nothing back (I pre-paid for treatments).
