★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The appointment took a while to get which is fine because I understand there are limited resources.
The Dr put me on medication which he did not conduct any pretests for. I was supposed to have an ECG and blood work done prior to taking this medication to ensure it would be safe for me.
The Dr had no access to my previous medical history and did not ask for it before prescribing.
The particular medication prescribed has significant side effects that I was not informed of prior to being prescribed the medication.
The Dr prescribed this over Zoom and had never met me in person.
They were supposed to send my clinical notes through to my GP from the appointment but it took my GP’s office 4+ weeks of constantly following up and trying to get through before they were able to get my notes. Absolutely shocking service when you have a patient who is reacting poorly to a medication that your clinic has prescribed.
Please avoid Rojolie if you value your health and well being.
