T	Te Oru Mikaere on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great service, staff went the extra mile to take care of us. The facilities were amazing for our needs, especially the comfortable bed, large shower and kitchenette. Great central location. Highly recommend it!
G	Gwen-Darleen salt on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was pretty good, could do with more charge back restraunts though. Room was pretty small but ok for what I needed. I work nights so I sleep during the day, the cleaners were a bit loud for the entire week, if they could minimize volume would be awesome ?
J	JOSH FOX on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After paying the full price for a family suite. Myself wife and baby daughter were bundled into a small room with a double bed only to sleep all 3 of us. After a complaint the manager rolled a porter bed into the room for us while there were a number of (family suites) vacant. Also as a medical condition my daughter needed a bath to soak in as a part of her sensitive skin rash treatment the manager confirmed tat we would be moved to the (PAYED FOR) family suit with a bath. 4 days after showing the manager the doctors letters we were still in the studio no medically needed bath and no family suit even thou he took the money for the larger unit so we moved... i would have given barclay a NO STAR rateing but its appearance is tidy although its a sharade...
J	Julie F on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is not a 4 star hotel. Most rooms are let to semi permanent occupants. Furniture was dirty and the floor sticky. Prices are inflated for events. The reception staff did try to assist by reassuring us that he would keep us safe when there were disputes in aneighbouring room.
l	linda leaning on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not a happy customer, paid $200 for the room, no cups no teaspoons, no milk no towels no toilet paper and had to ask for a key. When we asked for some cups we were told to use the glasses, when we asked for milk they had none left and they suggested we go to the supermarket was it worth $200 no way! Wouldn't stay there again.
R	Ra Kay on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I very much enjoyed my stay here at Barclay Motel. My children and I stayed here for approximately 2months. There were little complaints in which the owner and all of her staff really showed the highest priority to ensuring guests were comfortable and that needs were being met. My room was nice and clean and modern, there is also a play area for the children to play. It's a really great place, great pool great staff and a great location here in Hamilton. Thankyou for the enjoyable stay.

J	Jess Moreland on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They say online that housekeeping is done daily it isn't they also say that it's child friendly and that Amenities include, BBQ facilities and a kids' play area but there is none of that so not really child friendly at all. On the sign it says they have sky they don't. On public holidays housekeeping isn't done at all until the next scheduled housekeeping day so you have to put up with your rubbish and and dirty towels until then.
