★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worse courier company in the country. Customer service is awful, recently had a package delayed by 1 month. They closed my email ticket without comment 2 weeks later and ended up having to deal with their overseas call center for an hour. Avoid use at all costs

My 1-3 day delivery had been in transit for 21 days and I was told to be patient and struggled to get in contact with anyone regarding it: no email replies, finally after phoning I was told yes they’d lost my package but expected me to chance the seller down for a refund not a refund from aramex. As if a random lady that isn’t a company is going to give me a refund haha. When I queried this I’ve had no response like usual. Shocking customer service.
