A history of innovation
Post Haste has been looking after New Zealand's courier needs for over 40 years now, beginning as Armourguard Security way back in 1977. We were one of the first courier companies to blaze a trail in New Zealand, and have been innovating since the 1970s. Since then, so much has changed, yet at our heart we remain the same – a Kiwi business with strong Kiwi values of doing it right by our customers.
The brand
In 2020 we made the decision to re-fresh the brand logo in an effort to not only refresh the image but to refresh our business attitude by investment in our customers, operations and innovation technology that supports both.
It is important that our brand reflects the major factors that influence our business and the pathway that has been created to achieve our goals.
The fern, an iconic symbol that represents our commitment to New Zealand business and the people that grow them. At Post Haste this two-tone fern with its soft edges is a reflection of our business approach. Kiwi centric, based on the strength of relationships between our customers and ourselves and the road we travel together.

β β β β β My parcel was sent overnight courier 2 days ago and its still not here. There has been no update on the track and trace and there is no after hours number to call to follow this up. Pretty terrible service.

β β β β β Worse couriers ever. They delivered box to wrong address and had the audacity to come to my house,the right address and apologize and just leave and didn't leave no contact details nothing. Now were out $100 worth of stuff and no one cares worse feeling.

β β β β β Driver stated they had dropped item off and hadn't. Spoke to DJ who didnt give a toss about us being $300 out of pocket very blazae. No responsibility .. DJ stated that she had tried to contact driver 21 times and had no response at all.
SHAME ON YOU POSTEHASTE that you can treat people like this and think that's acceptable service to give.

β β β β β DJ the person who answered my call was the most unhelpful customer rep I have dealt with.
After speaking to the Wellington branch where my item was picked up to be delivered to New Plymouth, they advised that the branch would be able to track the item from their branch even though I couldn't provide a track & trace number by using the delivery address and our account number.
Someone forgot to train this person on customer service - a flat out No cant help you doesn't wash in this day and age. Post Haste you need to address poor service, and that's before we talk about a 10kg package taking 2 weeks to get half way up the country and disappearing.

Over $300.00 worth, several different stories from courier driver, same courier driver that was suppose to deliver a package that didnβt arrive a year ago, and intimidated my poor neighbours. And of course blamed my neighbours yet again. So many missing parcels, eyes are watching you! Youβve walked on too many graves.
